Answer: Gift Vouchers can be emailed free of charge or you can pay for your Gift Voucher to be delivered 1st class by standard Royal Mail postage in a gift envelope or a gift box. The charge for these delivery options will be displayed at checkout. We aim to post all Gift Vouchers within three working days of the order being placed, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends, but this timeframe may increase during busy periods or because of unexpected delays. We use Royal Mail First Class Post as our carrier, which aims to deliver within one working day of receiving an item, althoughthese timescales are also not guaranteed and can vary by region and time of year, please see their website for information on the postal delivery times and expectations. If you need your Gift Voucher sooner than this, we strongly recommend you choose to have your voucher emailed to you, so you have a PDF version of your Gift Voucher available to print as soon as your order has been processed.

Answer: A PDF of your Gift Voucher will be emailed to you. You can then open this file and print the PDF.
Question: Can I have a VAT receipt for my Gift Voucher?
Answer: We do not supply VAT receipts on Gift Voucher sales, but we can issue VAT receipts on redemption of the Gift Voucher.
Question: Are Gift Vouchers refundable?
Answer: No, we do not offer refunds for any of our Gift Vouchers.
