Bookings & cancellations

Your credit or debit card information will be collected when you book, but no pre-payment is taken.
Payment will be taken on departure.
Your pre-payment is fully refundable if you need to cancel or change your booking.
Any cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before you are due to check-in to avoid being charged the full price of your stay.
